French Lock - Plain - OLD STYLE D-Ring
Please note that the sides of this version are extended at the top and bottom as opposed to our classic KCH D-ring style (also available in separate listing).
Materials : Stainless Steel
Description:
The “locking” action of this bit changes according to applied rein pressure. This bit is helpful for horses that can sometimes be strong as the bit is soft like a French link when soft rein pressure is used, but when the horse braces against the bit, it becomes rigid like a Mullen mouth. While this bit is considered a “training bit”, many horses at all levels go well in it.
